If you’re not completely happy, our Returns and Refunds Policy makes it simple to return products. Please read below for details on eligibility, conditions, and the process for returns and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: We accept returns for items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

3. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate the Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

  • Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Step 3: Pack and Ship the Return

  • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include a copy of your proof of purchase, and clearly label the package with the RA#.
  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Eye Shield Gear is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank, refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where items returned are incomplete, used, or damaged (outside of initial defect), only a partial refund may be issued, based on our inspection.

5. Exchanges

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Other Exchanges: For exchanges of undamaged items, the standard return process applies. You will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Return Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (incorrect or defective item).
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees are charged for standard returns that meet eligibility requirements.

7. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional customs fees, taxes, or tariffs incurred during the return process.
